Submit Your Graduation Petition

1. Download and complete the Graduation Petition.
2. Check your transcript totals through InsideBC. For help, look at the step-by-step directions of How to Check Your Transcript Totals.
3. Submit your graduation petition via your BC Student Email Address to bcrecords@kccd.edu. We will not accept the petition via any personal email accounts.

Once your Graduation Petition has been approved, you will receive an official confirmation along with the RSVP link to register for BC's Commencement Ceremony.

Transfer Credit/Units

If you have units/credits from another regionally accredited institution/college, you must submit official transcripts from these colleges before the semester is over OR when you see your final grades posted from that college.

• Indicate on the Graduation Petition that you have transfer credit/units in order for your evaluator to be aware of these units.
• Fill out the Request for Evaluation form every time you submit Official Transcripts to 51成人动漫 Admissions and Records within 30 days.
• Submit the Request for Evaluation form ONLY from your BC student email address to bcrecords@kccd.edu.

When Will You Get Your Diploma?

After the semester you applied for graduation ends, your degree(s) will be reviewed and verified.

We process degrees manually, and this can take up to 12-16 weeks after grades have been posted for the semester. You can check your degree status at any time by logging into your InsideBC account and looking at the top of your unofficial transcript. The notation will say 鈥減ending鈥�, 鈥渁warded鈥�, or 鈥渘ot awarded鈥� to indicate your degree status. You will receive an email to your BC student email if you are missing any degree requirements.

Your diploma(s) will be mailed to the address listed on your graduation petition. Please visit the Transcript Ordering page to request an official transcript showing your completed degree.
